Dental Tools Notepad

PERSONALIZATION: We can replace “NOTES” for any name you would like, i.e. “Sari Castro, RDH”.  Max 25 characters including spaces and special characters. Please type name exactly how you want it displayed on the notepad.

SIZE: 3” x 3”

MATERIALS: It is printed on premium 28lbs paper, thick enough to avoid ink from bleeding through. The premium quality makes the colors vibrant and beautiful.

DISCLAIMER: Our notepads are cut by hand (contains 30 sheets), we’re extra careful with every detail and reprint sheets that do not meet our standards, but we cannot guarantee there won't be tiny imperfections in handmade products.

All of my work is protected under copyright law. All items and designs are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without my written consent.

Processing times 1-3 business days for non-personalized notepads.

2-4 business days for personalized notepads.

Shipping times may vary but allow 1 week turnaround for domestic and 2 weeks for international. Please expect unusual delays during the holiday season due to increased postal activity. Orders are shipped through USPS. It includes tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order is ready to ship.

Orders are packed with minimum plastic bags to reduce environmental impact, and in small rigid mailers to avoid bending. Bigger orders are packed with padded mailers and reinforced with backing.

We accept cancellations within 24hrs of placing your order. Please reach out to us if you wish to modify or cancel your order. We begin production/packaging after that 24hrs grace period in our efforts to ship your items as quickly as we can.

 INSURANCE

We ship all our orders through USPS which includes a $100 insurance from USPS. Read more about USPS insurance. If your order is over $100 we will include additional coverage through Shipsurance. If you would like additional services like Signature Confirmation please reach out to us via chat prior to placing your order as this will require an additional charge.

 

FILE A CLAIM

If you would like to file a claim for an order of up to $100, please click here. All claims for orders of up to $100 should be done directly through the carrier using the provided tracking number sent to you on the shipment confirmation email.

For orders over $100, please message us, we will handle the claim on your behalf.​

Keep in mind that for all damaged items claim you will need to provide photo proof.

To mitigate risk, we utilize 'do not bend' and 'fragile' labels, and employ reinforced packaging methods with environmental sustainability in mind, when needed. Furthermore, we will assist you in the claims process with the carrier. However, in the event that the carrier is unable to provide compensation or denies a claim, we are regrettably unable to offer compensation on the carrier's behalf.
