WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We accept cancellations within 24hrs of placing your order. Please reach out to us if you wish to modify or cancel your order. We begin production/packaging after that 24hrs grace period in our efforts to ship your items as quickly as we can.
DO YOU OFFER STICKY NOTES?
Yes! We currently have three designs for sticky notes. Please note anything labeled "notepad" is NOT sticky notes. Refer to product descriptions for further information.
DO YOU OFFER BULK ORDERS?
Yes! If you need a larger amount of what's currently listed or at least 20 of each item, please chat with us for bulk pricing. This also includes bundles, I'm happy to work with you to help you with your order. Processing time for large orders may vary depending on the order.
CAN I PERSONALIZE BUNDLES?
Bundles are ready to ship items and cannot be personalized. These are also already discounted and some include freebies.
WHAT IS YOUR DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS POLICY?
INSURANCE
We ship all our orders through USPS which includes a $100 insurance from USPS. Read more about USPS insurance. If your order is over $100 we will include additional coverage through Shipsurance. If you would like additional services like Signature Confirmation please reach out to us via chat prior to placing your order as this will require an additional charge.
FILE A CLAIM
If you would like to file a claim for an order of up to $100, please click here.
All claims for orders of up to $100 should be done directly through the carrier using the provided tracking number sent to you on the shipment confirmation email.
For orders over $100, please message us, we will handle the claim on your behalf.
DISCLOSURE
Thank you for choosing Purrfect Little Art LLC. Please note that we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. To mitigate risk, we utilize 'do not bend' and 'fragile' labels, and employ reinforced packaging methods with environmental sustainability in mind, when needed. Furthermore, we will assist you in the claims process with the carrier. However, in the event that the carrier is unable to provide compensation or denies a claim, we are regrettably unable to offer compensation on the carrier's behalf. We value your business and understanding.

CAN I PERSONALIZE IN A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH?
Absolutely! Please spell it out exactly how you've want it to read. If it requires special characters we will reach out to you to verify and proofread the sample before printing your order, so please be on the lookout for our emails.
WHAT IF I'M ORDERING MULTIPLE NOTEPADS BUT THERE'S NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR MULTIPLE PERSONALIZATIONS IN THE BOX?
If you're ordering multiple notepads with different personalizations follow these steps:

Choose the notepad design you want for your first custom notepad.

Add your personalization on the box. Max 25 characters including spaces.

Click on "add to cart"

Repeat same process for each different personalization.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you received a damaged item please refer to damaged item policy instead. If you no longer need your item and would like to return it, please read our return policy carefully prior to contacting us.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE?

All categories with the exception of personalized and dated items (i.e. Graduation items containing year, calendars).

Any returns must be in saleable condition (unused, not damaged) and in its original, undamaged packaging.
RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, per USPS tracking.

Returns that are received past the return policy deadline are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original purchase prices.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact info@purrfectlittleartshop.com with your name and order number within five days of receipt of your order.

You will receive a shipping label via email, please print it, tape it to your return package, and drop it off at your local post office.

Your returns must be received within 14 days.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the items only and will not include shipping cost of original order.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item for any damage or signs of usage, please allow 3-5 days. You will receive an email after our inspection.

If your return is accepted, you can expect a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note, a return shipping charge of $8 will be deducted from your refund per prepaid shipping label used.
